Unified Ox Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, operates the website at https://www.unifiedox.com (the “Site”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit the Site or contact us using the contact form.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect:

- The content of your message.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords, confidential business information, or information about another person unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
When you visit the Site, Netlify and its infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device information, request time, and server logs. This processing may be necessary to deliver the Site, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot faults, and keep the Site reliable.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, behavioural advertising, or an email newsletter on the Site.
How we use the information
We use contact-form information to:
- Receive and respond to your enquiry.
- Communicate with you about the subject of your enquiry.
- Consider or discuss a potential business relationship where relevant.
- Protect, maintain, and troubleshoot the Site and form service.

- Proton: business email hosting and receipt of contact-form notifications.
- Other infrastructure or security providers used by Netlify and Proton in providing their services.
We may disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, protect our rights or property, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the security of the Site and our users.
We do not sell personal data.
International processing
Netlify and Proton may process personal data in Hong Kong, Switzerland, the United States, or other jurisdictions depending on their current infrastructure, service configuration, and subprocessors.
Where required by applicable law, we rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another legally recognised transfer mechanism.
Retention
We retain contact-form information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and establish or defend legal claims.
As a normal administrative rule, we intend to review and delete or anonymise inactive enquiry records after 12 months following the last substantive communication, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for one of the purposes above.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. These measures include HTTPS, access controls, provider security features, and limiting access to form submissions and email accounts to people who need it.
